ESTJs are natural-born leaders and have a talent for bringing people together. They believe authority must be earned and that you should lead by example.
Tradition, order, dignity, and honesty are what they value most. Many of the US presidents were this personality type. They are excellent organizers, strong-willed, and reliable. On the other hand, they can be judgmental, inflexible, and stubborn.
They are loyal, so they like working for one employer as long as possible, preferably in a well-known, prominent organization. They would excel in careers in law, military, medicine, and politics.
Executives know what they bring to the table and expect the same in return. They have high standards for themselves, as well as for others. As they’re hard-working and self-motivated, they can do well in every position, but they prefer to be leaders.
ESTJs like doing things by the book, but if a new method is proven to be better, they’ll do their best to adapt.

Be tactful in your online communications, and try to avoid being too directive. Remember to check emails or messages before you send them—this is particularly important if you’re stressed or in a hurry.
Have a dedicated home office or working area. If it becomes too quiet, take a break, go for a walk, or connect with family and friends. Working from home means you’re allowed to be flexible!
Remember that your family, friends, and colleagues may sometimes need emotional support. They might not want you to go straight into problem-solving mode.
