A 360 feedback programme gathers ratings and comments about observed behaviour from multiple perspectives

AI can reduce admin time and make qualitative feedback usable at scale. But from a measurement standpoint, a 360 tool is only defensible if it protects four fundamentals:

1) Construct clarity

What exactly is being rated? Leadership behaviours? Competencies? Values in action?
If the construct is fuzzy, AI will simply produce confident summaries of ambiguous input.

Is AI 360 feedback reliable?
